ITBS Testing starts on Monday! Students need plenty of #2 pencils, but most importantly, they need a good night's rest and a hearty breakfast!
We will be reading The Outsiders as a class starting Monday or Tuesday, so hopefully you will find them reading a book now and then. It is slightly below reading level, but it is a great novel to take apart and analyze. We will focus on the literary terms of mood, tone, theme, symbolism, foreshadowing and characterization.
